We're so excited to be part of your Clemson student's Bid Day! Thank you for letting Southern Girl Chic help celebrate such a special milestone. Here's everything you need to know before placing your order.

Place Your Order

Bid Day Baskets can be ordered online, over the phone, or in person at our Southern Girl Chic Clemson location. We recommend ordering early since quantities are limited for each sorority, and orders are filled in the order they are received.

The deadline to order is August 18.

What to Expect

After Clemson Panhellenic releases the official Bid Day roster, we'll match your student's basket with her sorority and begin preparing it for delivery. Most baskets are ready within 1–2 days after Bid Day.

As soon as the basket is ready, we'll send your student a text with delivery details.

Delivery Information

We'll deliver Bid Day Baskets directly to your student's residence. Please be sure to enter the correct delivery address when placing your order so we can ensure your basket arrives at the right location.

How Sorority Placement Works

We receive the official new member list directly from Clemson Panhellenic after Bid Day. Because this information is confidential, we won't know your student's sorority until the list is released. If we don't see your student's name on the roster, we'll reach out to verify the information before processing your order.

Basket Details

Each Bid Day Basket is thoughtfully curated and cannot be customized. If any individual items remain after all pre-orders have been fulfilled, they'll be available for purchase while supplies last.

If Plans Change

If your student does not receive a bid, you'll have the option to receive a full refund or exchange your order for a non-Greek gift.

If your student chooses not to accept her bid, please contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel your order. Otherwise, we'll fulfill the basket based on the official roster we receive from Clemson Panhellenic.
